Cancellation Policy

Once you sign your Tenancy agreement you may request to cancel your accommodation. This request must be made in writing.

You will be required to find a replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable to Arthouzz, to take over your accommodation contract. Arthouzz will use reasonable endeavours to help you find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available. This will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied.

You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your Tenancy Agreement until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation. Once the replacement tenant has completed all the required documentation and made any payments that are due, we will process the refund of your security deposit if applicable and refund any advance rent payments that may be due to you.
