Although your energy bills are included in your rent we do have a fair usage policy, details of which are included in your tenancy agreement. If any house exceeds this limit we will bring it to your attention and if it continues we reserve the right to charge you for the excess. Most of the houses are fitted with Smart Meters and these help to give you an indication of usage.

The allowance we have given to each property is very generous and based on OFGEM figures. To date no one has been charged an excess fee.
